- Drums play a high and low not pattern
- The hi hat fills the plainer spaces
- Crash and variation is used as a fill to the next part

- I spent the walk deciphering the lyrics to Rotten Apple by Alice in Chains
- The song could be referring to a biblical idea of Adam and Eve
- The song could also be referring to Layne Staley’s drug use and losing many thing in his life due to addiction
